Service for large batteries
BMZ offers a service for the material handling of large batteries. The term "large batteries" refers to battery systems from 48V that are still scaled (parallel or serially connected), such as the BMZ energy storage device ESS 7.0.
BMZ offers the following service for large batteries:
  • Insulation safety tests
  • On-site diagnosis (field service technician)
  • Complaint handling via our ticket system
  • Collection and repair in Central Service
  • Telephone Technology Hotline
  • Disposal of "End of Life" batteries (recycling)
  • Spare part logistics
